Ideally located in the heart of the village, we appreciated the thoughtful touches for our pet (water bowl and treats), the secure parking for our electric vehicle and the charging station, the upgrade (free parking), and even the evening snack (local charcuterie and cheeses), as well as the regional products at breakfast. Truly excellent.

And above all, the attentive and helpful staff. Thank you to them; they deserve it.

Great location right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are clean, tidy, and quite recently renovated. Breakfast is plentiful and good.

Superb hotel! We stayed one night to visit the Christmas markets.
Comfortable bedding, quiet and very clean room, very warm welcome, and the breakfasts were very good and excellent value for money.
The hotel is ideally located.
A nice bonus: the sauna and hammam were very pleasant and very clean.

A wonderful stay in Kaysersberg. The hotel is very well located, the room was comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff was very pleasant.

The only negative point was the possibility of contacting the rooms through the other room phones, which resulted in us being woken up at midnight due to an error, making for a very bad first night.
